Using our unique freezing technique, we create ice cream that is incredibly soft and airy. Every portion is prepared by hand. We start with fresh cream or a vegan option and your favorite ingredients on a freezing plate at -35°C. With two spatulas, we mix everything into a smooth, airy blend and spread it across the plate. As soon as it freezes, we roll it into fresh Ice Cream Rolls. Then it is pure enjoyment.
